Lost phone, stolen SIM or moving to a new phone

Ask Kettle to protect the connection and review replacement options.

Written by Allan

If your phone or SIM is lost or stolen

Contact Kettle as soon as possible using website chat or [email protected]. Tell us which connection is affected and ask us to review protection or suspension options. We will need to verify the account before making changes.

A request is not confirmation that the network has completed a restriction. Check the confirmed outcome with support.

Replacing your connection

Ask support about the correct physical SIM or eSIM replacement process and any charge before agreeing. Do not assume an old eSIM QR code can be reused or moved to a different phone.

Changing phones

Check device compatibility before moving service. For an eSIM, contact support before deleting the existing profile. Deleting it can leave you without a usable installation and may require a replacement.

Keep your account safe

Protect the email account used for Kettle sign-in. Do not forward sign-in links or installation details. If you think someone else has accessed the account, tell Kettle so we can review it.
