Check that your phone supports eSIM and can use the Kettle service. Connect to a reliable Wi-Fi connection before installing.

Sign in to your Kettle account and select the correct SIM.

Open its secure installation details when available. Your welcome email may also provide installation instructions.

Use the install option if shown, or open your phone’s mobile settings and choose to add an eSIM.

Scan the QR code from another screen. If scanning is not practical, use the manual SM-DP+ address and activation or matching details supplied for your eSIM.

Follow the on-screen steps and select the intended line for calls and mobile data.

The eSIM profile and network service have separate statuses. Check your Kettle account for activation confirmation. If installation fails, contact support before deleting the profile or trying to install it on another phone.
