Keep your account, eSIM and personal information safe

Know what to keep private and how to share information with support.

Keep these details private

  • Email sign-in links and bank approval codes.

  • eSIM QR codes and manual activation or matching details.

  • Full card numbers and security codes.

  • Identity documents and benefits evidence.

  • Community SIM codes and their private application links.

Use the secure journey

Enter payment information only in the secure payment flow. Provide identity or application evidence only through the secure verification process presented by Kettle.

Ordinary chat and email are suitable for asking for help, not for sending these sensitive materials. We can explain the correct route if you are unsure.

Check account Messages carefully

Messages stores account updates, but may not be a complete copy of every historic email. A saved update does not necessarily prove that an email or text was delivered.

If something seems suspicious

Open the Kettle website yourself and contact support through it. Do not forward a sign-in link or disclose a bank code to someone who asks for it. Remove sensitive material before sharing a screenshot.
