Open the funding-code route, or follow the link supplied with your code.
Check and save the code.
Continue to identity verification when ready.
Complete the application details and submit them.
You can return to a saved code through your account. Saving it does not submit an application or activate a SIM.
Code format and expiry
New codes use a format such as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Spaces, hyphens and letter case are handled consistently. Older longer codes can still be supported. Codes are single-use and have a 30-day validity window; saving one does not extend that window.
What evidence is needed?
Code applicants complete identity and duplicate checks but do not need benefits evidence for the code route. A code does not guarantee final approval.
If your code does not work
Check it for typing mistakes and contact support if it is expired or unavailable. Keep the code and its link private. Do not create another account to try to bypass a problem.
