Roaming depends on the destination, your plan and the applicable price guide. Ask Kettle to confirm what is included for the specific country before using calls, texts or mobile data there.
Do not assume that all Europe, all overseas territories or every network in a country have the same terms.
Understand your data
Your account may show a roaming share within the UK data allowance. That is not necessarily extra data on top of the UK total. Check the displayed allowance and applicable fair use rules.
Texts when you arrive
You may receive a roaming warning. The absence of a text is not confirmation that roaming is included or free. If the message says charges may apply, check with Kettle before using the SIM.
Avoid unexpected use
Keep data roaming off until you understand the terms. Check which SIM your phone uses for mobile data if it has several lines. Calls and texts can have separate charges from data.
