Your account shows the usage information currently available for that connection. Check the last-updated time alongside the figures.
Usage can arrive later
Recent calls, texts or data sessions may not appear immediately. A delayed or unavailable reading is not the same as zero usage. Refresh once and contact support if the problem continues.
UK and roaming data
An allowance usable in an included roaming zone may be part of your UK total. Do not add the two figures together unless your account explicitly shows separate additional allowances.
When capped UK data runs out
Capped UK data stops when the allowance is exhausted rather than automatically turning into chargeable UK data. A suitable UK data add-on provides extra data when available.
Calls and texts
Unlimited UK calls and texts remain subject to fair use and included destinations. Usage totals do not mean premium, international or other excluded services are included.
A suspended connection may still show remaining data. That balance does not confirm the service is usable.
