Two different balances
A UK data add-on buys extra UK data. Extra-usage credit pays for eligible chargeable services outside your plan. Adding credit does not buy UK data.
UK data add-ons
The prepared catalogue lists these one-off prices, including VAT:
1GB: £8.
3GB: £12.
10GB: £17.50.
These options are intended for supported active capped-data connections. Do not assume they apply to unlimited or every other plan type. Paid and Community SIM customers see the same data add-on prices; Community SIM recipients pay optional extras themselves.
Check before paying
Confirm the selected SIM, allowance, total price and expiry. An add-on’s validity must be shown separately; do not assume it lasts until your usual monthly renewal.
Availability
Add-on purchasing is currently held while Kettle prepares for launch. If the button is disabled, contact support. A payment receipt or accepted request is not proof that extra data has been added: wait for confirmation in the account.
