To keep your number, text PAC to 65075. To switch without it, text STAC to 75075. For an account with several numbers, request the code through the provider’s account or support route.

Give the code to your new provider within its 30-day validity. Requesting a code does not by itself complete the switch.

Ask Kettle to explain outstanding charges, prepaid balances or refunds. If you want to cancel without switching, contact support so we can explain the applicable terms and protect your number options.
