Get your PAC
For a single number, text PAC to 65075 from the old SIM, or ask your current provider. The code lasts 30 days. Check any early termination charges before switching.
Give it to Kettle
Provide the current number and PAC when ordering, or through the portal option when available. Saving a code is not confirmation that a transfer is booked. Check Kettle’s transfer updates.
Track the switch
Ofcom says the new provider must complete the switch within one working day. If delayed or without service beyond the allowed period, contact support to investigate and assess compensation.
Do not cancel the old service separately before arranging a number transfer.
