Different controls do different things
A restriction on premium calls, premium texts, adult content or mobile data is separate from a full SIM suspension. One setting does not necessarily explain every service on the phone.
Check your connection
Open Manage SIM to see the information available for your line. A queued or pending setting is not confirmation the network has applied it.
Request a review
Contact Kettle if you need help with a bar or filter. We will check the account, the requested setting and any verification needed. Adult-content changes require the applicable age-verification process.
Allowing a service does not make it included in your monthly plan. Check the price guide before using premium or other chargeable services.
If a restriction seems wrong
Explain what you were trying to do, the error shown and when it happened. Ask support to review the reason and next steps. Do not send identity documents through ordinary chat or email; use the secure process if requested.
