Monthly means calendar monthly
Your confirmed bundle renewal date appears in your account. It is not automatically every 30 days or the last day of each calendar month.
If activation is on the 1st to the 28th
Renewal is on the same day of the following month, at approximately the same UK local clock time. For example, an activation on 15 July normally renews on 15 August.
If activation is on the 29th, 30th or 31st
The first renewal is on the 1st of the month after next, then monthly on the 1st. For example, activation on 31 July first renews on 1 September, followed by 1 October.
Check the dates and amount before agreeing
The first period can differ from a usual month. Your offer must explain its actual dates and total price. Do not assume an extra charge or calculate one yourself: ask support if it is unclear.
UK clock changes preserve the local renewal time. Each SIM has its own renewal date, so family connections may renew on different days.
